Shipping & Return Policies

1. When will my shipment be sent out?

Your shipment will be sent within 1-2 business days of placing the order (9am – 5pm est)

2. How will my shipment be sent?

We utilize USPS First Class or Priority Mail to send the majority of our items.  On occasion we will use UPS.  All are within 1-5 business day delivery.

3. What should I do if I don’t receive my item within 5 business days?

Please contact us at orders@randbrands.com or 877 931 0663 (9-5 M-F est) and have your order # ready.  Occasionally shipments are delayed due to weather, etc. and we will do our best to expedite the shipment.

4. What if I have a concern with my order and need to return or ask for a replacement?
